I actually love how these turned out. I was a bit nervous since this was my first time trying to create/design a vase. Links to the product are below, but be sure to buy in-store, buying online from the dollar tree has a minimum quantity in order to purchase. Most of the items are from the Dollar Tree, but I have linked similar products or the same product from Amazon. I recommend buying the spray paint from Walmart, Home Depot, or Lowes.

How I did it:
I spray painted the vases and candle stick holders. I gave this like two coats and made sure everything was covered and let them completely dry.
I used painters tape to wrap around the bottom of the vase. This is for a clean line of glitter. I made the tape less sticky by putting it on my clothes first so it wont mess up the spray paint.
I used the foam brush to spread the mod podge under the tap line, and then sprinkled the glitter over the glue. I did these one by one and then let them completely dry.
Once the glitter was dried, I used the E6000 to glue the candle sick holders to the bottom of the vases. I flipped one of the candle stick holders upside down for the taller vase. I used something moderately heavy to place on top of the vase and let the glue dry. Be sure to wipe off excess glue, this may show when it's dried.
As the glue on the vases was drying, I spray painted the flowers. I was able to pop off the heads of the roses from the stems. I used mostly the metallic and gray spray paint to cover the white of the roses. I used the tan spray paint to just spray the middle of the rose to give it dimension. I let those dry for a little bit.
I used a paper plate and poured the same glitter to dip the roses in. I used the spray glue to cover the rose and then dipped the roses into the glitter. I set aside to let those dry.
Once the heads of the roses were dried I put them back onto the stems.
I let the vases dry for awhile, and then put a floral block in the vase so the flowers can stay upright in the middle of the vase.
The only thing I would change is to add a second bunch of roses so the vases can look fuller.
